In a browser, the post body contains two spoiler tags, the first is some text, and the second is an additional image. In the app, the image gets combined into the gallery, but the text is nowhere to be found.

Also the “Combine markdown images to gallery” setting doesn’t appear to do anything; even with it turned off, the image gets combined into a gallery and the text is still missing.

    This is what I see on v1.0.401. The spoiler tags are shown and tapping on them reveals the alt text. Which version are you on? Maybe this is an issue in an older version?

      As noted in the title I’m also on 401. Settings say 1.0.401(401)(db).

        My bad. So on the light theme, the spoiler remains in white text and that’s why you’re not seeing it. I switched to the light theme and saw the same thing. It should be a simple fix so hopefully the dev will push out an update in the coming days.
