Apparently it’s supposed to represent Gluttony. Obviously that’s a turnspit rather than a lance, and I think he’s using a fish serving platter as his shield. Why ride a cat? Maybe because they’re known to steal food off the table instead of begging for it like an obsequious dog

Or the fish scroll, or the strange beast he’s riding.
What the hell, I didn’t even see the weird dog-cat hybrid he’s riding at first. I was thrown off by the squirrel and fish accessories.
