GOG is running a 48 hour game bundle in response to the forced censorship of adult content on digital storefronts by major payment processors.

You can claim all 13 of these games FOR FREE if you act now. Game preservation is more important now than it’s ever been, we need to support initiatives like this. Read more about the campaign and claim the bundle on your account by following the link:

@[email protected] I sort of wish you could choose what it actually adds. Honestly I’m not even sure I wanted anything on that list on my account. (Maybe I shouldn’t automatically click on the word free in such a scenario, lol.) I just liked thumbing my nose at the censorship laws.

WARNING: Redeeming this code will add porn games to your library.

I’m sure most of you are probably fine with that but I can definitely see how this might cause problems for others haha.

@[email protected] I just wish they told you what you were getting before redeeming the code. So for everyone else:

    Leap of Love
    Being a DIK – Season 1
    Leap of Faith
    POSTAL 2
    House Party
    HuniePop
    Lust Theory
    Agony + Agony Unrated
    Treasure of Nadia
    Summer’s Gone – Season 1
    Fetish Locator Week One
    Helping the Hotties
    Sapphire Safari

I only even heard of three of these, and not finding any on lists of Yuri games, so shrug.

@[email protected] Postal 2 and Agony, plus a bunch of hot garbage. I can’t remove the garbage so “refunding” the whole damn thing. If there’d been any list available I wouldn’t have bothered to redeem. Look, people can like whatever they want and I support that… but ffs I don’t want anime porn garbage, or Marvel posters, or whatever tf in my own “space”. Ya dig? TLDR, if you don’t want offensively juvenile crap in your collection pass on this.

    • and governments. Like if you’re in Germany try to access games like Wolfenstein on GOG. If you think their page is just glitchy or bugged while doing so, it’s not. I wrote them about it and they confirmed it is because of censorship here in Germany…

        @rootcompute

For everyone else wondering just tried to compare the German version of GOG to the version they show within France (not the France version within Germany, that’ll be censored too, you’ll have to check the France version from within France - well or at least from somewhere outside of Germany…)

There are 415 games missing in Germany.
        Germany has 10592
        France has 11007

        (see screenshots)

@[email protected] Worth it for that game alone! I’m not really interested in any of the other games, but who’s to say what kinds of games would be censored next? Overly violent? Critical of the current economic or political system? It’s important to draw a line somewhere

@[email protected] It’s fairly poignant with the Postal series as it provides metacommentary on the gaming industry as a whole, for better or for worse. I guarantee if they make another one there will be payment processor references.
