I dont normally go for this genre but they nailed the atmosphere and all out weirdness. The mystery keeps me coming back. It never beats you over the head with details or rams how you’re supposed to feel down your throat. Very clever design.

Now the game has been unprofitable for the past few expansions and their owners are coming to collect. Live service was a massive, greedy mistake as Bungie is also not learning with D2.

We just got a letter from our water company that the part of our outside line they own may or may not be lead-based. And that they are not sure about the part we own. They also have no current plans to investigate or replace the part they own unless we decide to replace the part we own. Then we need to call them to coordinate the installation.

Yes. I was so creeped out by the giant beige maze of cubes further than my eye could see at one place I interviewed at that I didn’t take it. Now here I am 10 years later at a place where I’m… in a beige cube. And I like it. Open floor plans or even half-cubes are hell for my concentration.

IEMs. Or speakers in general. I previously bought the cheapest cheapo crap and didn’t give much thought past “mmm bass go brrrr.” Then I spent a little extra on a nice set and sat for hours re-listening to albums just gobsmacked by the clarity alone. Lots of snake oil in the industry though.

Sony seemed to want it to fail. Reviewers only got their hands on it shortly before release. Most didn’t like it. Marvel Rivals was dropping soon. It was doomed.
