6·2 年前I’m using Bing Image Creator, which integrated DALL-E 3 on the backend recently. From what I’ve seen so far, it looks like you get 100 free generations every 24 hours.
Me when my brain waits until family dinner to tell me the funniest joke I’ve ever heard, but only I understand it

3·2 年前Yeah, that happened to me several times too. I think a lot of people quickly jumped on it and whatever they have going on in the backend is scaling poorly and returning blank generations. It worked well for 20 minutes right after launch, so a lot of my results were from that.
EDIT: I just got 100 more boosts after about 24 hours, so it seems that they periodically replenish after you run out.

8·2 年前I used Bing Image Creator, which integrated Dall-E 3 on the backend yesterday. It gives you 100 fast generations before it becomes unusably slow, so make them count!

5·2 年前Yep! It’s been really fun to mess around with… well until my preview credits ran out, anyway :P
Thank you for sharing what is now one of my favorite cat pictures ever!
Cats are prey to some larger animals, and considering that many humans have portable machines that can instantly kill almost any living mammal, their concern about our diet is probably valid
I end up posting the comment and regretting it 5 minutes later, so I go back to delete it lol

The unexpected inclusion of the adorable cat makes this comment the best thing I’ve seen today
Nice to meet you, fellow explorers of cyberspace!

General Discussion@lemmy.world•It's so much easier to comment on Lemmy because it isn't a toxic cesspool waiting to tear you apartEnglish
15·2 年前I like the mental imagery of us all being in a Lemmy-shaped spaceship, traveling to an exoplanet to start a new society because the Earth was destroyed by corporate greed. We’re all laughing and joking together, there’s free pizza, lots of nerdy discussions, and the atmosphere is jubilant, having escaped our dystopian living conditions and feeling hope for the future.

What’s your all-time favorite video game?

Technology@lemmy.world•Now that you've all tried it ... ChatGPT web traffic falls 10%English
1·2 年前Ah, interesting. I myself have made my own library to create callable “prompt functions” that prompt the model and validate the JSON outputs, which ensures type-safety and easy integration with normal code.
Lately, I’ve shifted more towards transforming ChatGPT’s outputs. By orchestrating multiple prompts and adding human influence, I can obtain responses that ChatGPT alone likely wouldn’t have come up with. Though, this has to be balanced with giving it the freedom to pursue a different thought process.
You, because I generally like seeing familiar faces around (as long as they aren’t toxic)

2·2 年前If you don’t mind me asking, does your tool programmatically do the “whittling down” process by talking to ChatGPT behind the scenes, or does the user still talk to it directly? The former seems like a powerful technique, though tricky to pull off in practice, so I’m curious if anyone has managed it.

You basically have to get lucky. The model is able to get shorter strings of text correct more consistently, but it still took several tries to get something that looked good.
