Yeah for some reason it runs on adaptive mode. For example longer battery life. Just turn on refresh counter and see how it works for better understanding, its all optimisation.

I don’t know if its only me, but this new fucking app blocked me out of mail. Just because there is a unskippable getting started message on startup. You have to press “next” 2 times, and then pressing the last button causes infinite loading. Tried clearing cache, memory, force stopping, logging again nothing fixes, so yeah. I’m so annoyed by this, because they did not add the skip button and forced me to read some shit and press next button to finally end with infinite loading. Well, there are many many piracy sites which are not even hidden, if they are why not a peertube instance? How is that different from regular website? And I guess you can earn money on peertube too. In fact they probably don’t want to steal your privacy. They work on implementing Zero-knowledge proof and thats good. We still lose some privacy but actually not more than we already lost. You got your bank account, so you are compromised already, and this solution will just know that you are adult (from you bank for example), nothing more (with ZKP). Also it is supposed to be open source. I was completely against it before I knew that but now, hmm I’m a bit neutral…I still would prefer it not to be implemented but yeah, its not THAT bad too.
