Agreed. The price tag and only like 85 top flight games. I’m sure the boss knows what he’s doing though.

This was my take on Evan’s coming in. He’s experienced, he knows our clubs culture and plays for the badge. He’s a stop gap until we identify the young player we want. It’s not a perfect solution but one I’m happy with.

I’m hoping that we keep him as depth and let Maguire go to new pastures. I feel Evan’s is still solid as a backup, at least better than Maguire.
