That’s not even the question. You need the back story. ie. how “known” to police were the victim and perp , how busy was the police at that time, and why did they not attend. those are the questions that need answering. which is now in the SIU’s hands

0·2 years agoIf you call me out to look at an issue, you will just stand up when I get there. I have walked out of the President’s office for this. We are so short staffed that you do not have the ability to waste my time.
Just saw that he is eligible for pension on Jan 24th… Do with what you want with that info
