I have a lot of dietary restrictions to make it better. A bit of constipation is actually a huge improvement for me as ive been to the ER multiple times because i was emptying my entire digestive tract and literally passing out from the pain. I have some significant intolerance’s too like gluten(could be Oligosaccharides idk), and eggs which restrict me a lot in what i can have. FODMAP is a bit complicated because its like a grouping of different things and some of them i have no problem with, or are actually beneficial while others do mess me up. Like Sugar Alcohols like Xylitol actually help i have a really expensive gum thats pure xylitol and it helps to keep my digestion normal. Altho too much can be a problem. Its really complicated and weird. Like one thing ive figured out recently is if i take NSAIDs for a couple days it triggers a really bad episode. So i try to avoid them in general now but if i had to i just would not use them for too long.

idk why youve accepted that when its not proven at all. In fact newer ideas on the matter point toward the opposite. That consciousness may involve nanotubes that cause wave function interactions on the quantum level. If that is the case then it would function as a superimposed variable in the way our minds work, and completely break determinism. Think of it like a math equation. If one of the numbers was superimposed youd get different solutions everytime you solved the same equation. honestly i think letting kids experiment on their own devices and get them full of malware is a good thing. its the perfect time to learn since a kid doesnt have any money to steal anyway, and the parent can just come in and factory reset the device if needed. Too much protecton means people never learn how to be responsible without it.

you can get this on something like graphene os. You can choose to install google play, or not to. and use any other app store like android and they all have the same permissions.

i use graphene pads for all my CPUs. It’s a nice set it and forget it solution no need to re-paste every couple years, and as someone who likes their machines to like 10 years+ thats a huge plus.
