Sure, that’s the plausible deniability reasoning. But the end result, whether you agree with the on the surface reasoning or not, is the removal of all adult media whether or not it is offending. This coupled with the lumping in of LGBT issues with Adult media (and often lumping in with egregious media like rape and abuse fantasy) means that the end result is removal of adult games AND games which feature LGBT characters and storylines.

A lot of others are commenting some great stuff. I would like to add, knowing how to program is less about knowing the specific syntax of different commands, and is more about knowing how to work with functional groups and logical paths. Once you get that down, moving to another language then becomes learning the syntax and quirks of the new language.

So, any language is a good starting point, a lot of the skills you learn from it will be applicable to lots of others.

That’s being said, the core mission statement and operating tenants of ProtonVPN (and proton in general) fly in the face of the Trump admins actions and the rest of the executives will help keep that shit in line. they’re also not under any government pressure to cut out or disregard their privacy policies or operating tenants as the country they operate under primarily is actually pro privacy.
