A lot of the player count on steam is users AFK idling so they don’t have to get stuck in queue again. My discord friend list is a ton of idle users on Helldivers 2 all day and night

Plex sharing also opens up the ports, and is what the user is using already.

The pandemic caused shutdowns of many, many filming schedules and caused massive backups once they could resume, contributing to a drought of releases in 2023. What movies besides Barbie and Oppenheimer do you remember having any big marketing push?
There was also the writers strike.

Why is there no dip for the 2008 Great Recession? There was no streaming alternative or pandemic then, and thus no dip.

Plex Pass https://www.plex.tv/plex-pass/
But I was mistaken on which features were locked behind the paywall. They charge for hardware transcoding but it sounds like sharing doesn’t require the subscription.

Likely upnp or nat-pnp. Enabling "Enable automatic port mapping"within Jellyfin will accomplish the same thing without needing a paid Plex subscription.

Port forwarding doesn’t require VPN.
Does Plex Sharing not open up ports either manually or via UPnpP?

How so? You can use tailscale/wireguard or just port forward to remotely access.

No need to use Plex

His age is irrelevant. Can he do the fucking job?
He can barely speak or remember his own major life events and colleagues. His team constantly has to step in and correct “what he meant to say” regarding very important international relations.

I’m still waiting on the Switch Pro that’s been clickbaited by so many “insiders” and analysts over the years.

There were almost no big theatrical first releases in 2023 besides the 2 big movies and that’s because production had halted for much of the pandemic and was playing catchup.
If it were caused by the recession, I ask again why no noticeable dip in 2008?

You’re misusing causality. Fewer people go to the movies now because there’s less reason to, not because they have less money.

That chart shows a drop due to the pandemic shutdowns, and subsequent culture shift to faster (or day 1) home streaming releases.
If it were more closely related to recession, we’d see a noticeable drop in 2008 as well.

Even if he loses the election I predict a pardon to “protect the institution” and “heal the nation”.

Sure, but there’s a difference between feeling someone is guilty and stating they were convicted. We shouldn’t knowingly be making factually incorrect statements.
It feeds the right when people are so TDS that they are okay with spreading mistruths or fake news.
