The problem with doing the safeword like that is that it counterintuitively REDUCES entropy (you just use ! for the special character, first character’s uppercase, number at the end), and is so hard to remember it just goes on a Post-It. Get a couple dice and the EFF Large Wordlist. New Requirement: Safeword Must Have >80b Entropy.

7·22 days agoWe sometimes use a steak knife (not the big cutting ones, the sharper serrated table knives) for bread rolls. Sweden’s a lawless hellscape compared to you down south.
It’s a simple life. All you need for an OS, and no more. Only issue is the stupid installer. Disk partitioning is like handling a gun blindfolded.

I might be going mad, but I’m seeing Saddam Hussein in that graph.
On my crappy N100 netbook (8 GB RAM), I use Plasma by default, but shut it down and use either raw TTY or Sway, for heavier tasks. Sometimes you need every percent CPU, but sometimes you just want to boot and have your network working by default.

1·2 months agoHoly wow. You can indict a ham sandwich. A grand jury indictment is literally the prosecutor giving their side of the story, no representatives of the defendant present. If they refused to induct here… it’s REAL flimsy.
