My Samsung induction oven and cook top is my favorite appliance. I fucking hated my old gas stove, not worth the steel it was made with. Induction cooks faster, more evenly, and im not killing myself and family on the fumes anymore. I don’t have to turn the knobs just right to ignite a flame. Never using a gas stove again in my damn life.

To the point of weight, I have consistently been a stringbean for all 28 years of life no matter what my diet and lifestyle have been. To an extent, I worry that I couldnt pass off even small breasts as being normal body flab in situations where I desire not to stand out.
One global time. If the sun rises at 7, good for your area, if it rises at 10, guess what, school and work start at 11
The race is about new energy. An old gas plant is still cheap to operate. But when faced with the decision of building new capacity, solar is cheaper and its not close. New gas energy is grinding to a halt.

1·24 days agoThe 10 people who will still have cable TV in 10 years will be seeing commercials that say “do you own a home? Buy these data center solar panels! They’re half a the price of a new panel, and only 7 years old. Installation is free!”

Capital as a singular structure is trivial to spot and the overthrow is achievable. Add in secondary power structures like race and sex and now people will point fingers in a circle before even realizing capitalism is a problem. Now you want to unite people against capitalism? Even harder, they have other problems they view as bigger, more personal.
You gotta find joy either way

4·27 days agoThe additionallity of it does point towards yes. And, while I am no fan of data centers, they still benefit the renewable energy learning curve. For those unaware, for everytime we double the number of solar panels produced in the world, the cost falls roughly 20% per watt. If Jeff Bezos bought a billion panels and threw them away, it would still result in solar panels being cheaper down the line

People arent born seeking power. That is an idea they get at a certain point. Why? Can we not nuture people away from this path?
