13·3 years agoIANAL - anecdotally businesses here ask forgiveness rather than permission, and penalties are a pittance. They usually do not even have to admit guilt in court. An individual may win their case, but their advasary has its own dedicated legal department and comparatively infinite resources.

Federal law requires the EPA to conduct safety reviews before allowing new chemical products onto the market. If the agency finds that a substance causes unreasonable risk to health or the environment, the EPA is not allowed to approve it without first finding ways to reduce that risk.
But the agency did not do that in this case. Instead, the EPA decided its scientists were overstating the risks and gave Chevron the go-ahead
Anyone can use Resist bot to write their representatives for free. You basically write a short letter on mobile (ios app or text “resist” to 50409 and follow the prompts), and it’ll format and send it as a fax.
I’ve also had a lot of problems with many mice from both Razer and Logitech double clicking. I ended up with an ASUS Gladius II as the switches are replacable without soldering, and ordered spares off AliExpress. Not an MMO mouse though, sadly.

2·3 years agoI played it start to finish on my deck using the co-op mod to play 2 player with my brother (who lives out of state). I also ran discord in the background on the deck, using headphones and the deck’s mic. Didn’t have any problems at all, super fun.
That does sound cozier!

11·3 years agoKeeping my expectations low in the hopes I’ll be pleasantly surprised.
You can see videos of turbohud used with d3 on youtube. It adds, for example, item/skill texts rather than just an icon, more detailed dps meter, and a larger minimap as an overlay, etc. I don’t know if any of it should be considered cheating.
Also, for what it’s worth, the TH4 site says it disables itself when pvp marked.
Nice, thanks for giving them credit. I had no idea when from whom it came :)
