I agree. StarTrek was always woke in the truest sense of the word. In my opinion the new shows are just not good - Neither as StarTrek nor as general entertainment. Except for maybe Strange New Worlds which certainly has shown some potential.

Also the more the internet is swept with AI generated content, the more future datasets will be trained on old AI output rather than on new human input.

Es ist absolut ausgeschlossen, dass vor der nächsten großen Wahl irgendein Verbot zu machen ist. Bei der NPD haben die Verfahren jeweils vier und fünf Jahre gebraucht und da war der Fall deutlich klarer.

Niemals wird es bis zur nächsten Bundestagswahl eine Entscheidung geben. Das 2. Verbotsverfahren der NPD hat fast 5 Jahre gebraucht bis es durch war. Und da war der Fall deutlich klarer.

Aber: Ich bin mir nicht mal sicher ob das den anderen Parteien klar ist, oder ob die auch alle glauben dass das in kurzer Zeit machbar wäre.

Astartes. I’m not a warhammer person at all but I’ve seen this short film about 5 times now. Just from an artistic standpoint it is super impressive. Highly recommended.

I finished the game after about 85 hours and yeah… act 2 and 3 need some polish. I ran into more than one gamebreaking bug. But overall it was still a really really great experience and taking the complexity of the game into account I think the overall polish of the game at release was quite good.

Anyone remembers the Scrapyard Wars series by LTT? about 5-10 years ago. That was really great content.

People who are drawn to positions like these are often conservative (I’m not saying facist), so it makes a lot of sense to me. In real life you can see that with the police and other security-centered jobs for example. And it makes a lot of sense, since these positions are about keeping things „in order“ which is a very fundamental conservative value if you think about it. So rather strict, inflexible security chiefs are very believable to me.

Yeah, sadly that’s my impression as well. I really like his acting style and remember him especially for this scene. But it’s not easy to separate the artist from his art.

Was die letzte Generation macht ist ganz klassischer Ziviler Ungehorsam. Genau das Selbe gab es früher in zB den Studentenbewegungen.

Wir haben uns aber hin zu einer Gesellschaft entwickelt wo man glaubt, Protest darf nur passieren ohne jemanden zu stören. Das ist halt genau falsch herum. Bonus: Diese Szene aus Arrested Development. „Please stay in the Protest Zone“

Das ist eine Entwicklung die Googles Monopol-Stellung noch weiter fördern würde. Es gibt bereits jetzt Dienste welche Nicht-Webkit/Blink-Browser wie Firefox nicht mehr als „geeigneten“ Browser akzeptieren. Zb diverse SaaS Plattformen von Adobe. Das ist sehr ungesund für das Web als Ganzes.
