Assad falling is good, because Assad is a dictator.

Why does Assad being a dictator meaning his regime collapsing is good?

The left should be against dictators

Why? Just because Assad is an authoritarian dictator I should cheer that CIA backed Woke ISIS knocked down his regime?

Just because Assad and Russia are enemies of the capitalist West doesn’t mean that they should get a free pass from the left to oppress Syrians and Ukrainians.

Yet, both of these situations, the instability in the Syria and the invasion of Ukraine, can largely be traced back to decisions made by the imperialist west to agitate and destabilize these regions intentionally. Supporting Ukrainians doesn’t mean you have to support the US proxy that is the Ukranian nation state, and supporting Syrians doesn’t mean you have to back Woke ISIS using guns shipped in by the CIA.
