Walhalla could probably count as quirky. Especially at the moment, as I believe it is being painted in bright colours to resemble a Nepalese village for an upcoming movie shoot. But the rest, definitely not quirky.
I agree that Walhalla is the only one that could be called quirky, I believe there are people buried upright in the cemetery to save space, that’s definitely different. The rest of the towns are nice but not quirky.
