Sorry, as a veteran, I just always think it’s funny that people think they’re being patriotic wearing the flag when technically it’s explicitly disrespectful according to US law. Especially ironic when it’s a veteran or public servant who should know better.
Do you have to support all of a nation’s laws in order to support said nation? E.g. can you patriotically protest a law you think is unconstitutional?
