    Subsidised meat is a great talking point, not only for veganism, but also for environmentalism and (economically) sustainable agriculture advocacy. Sure, in our contemporary economic systems subsidising agriculture is likely ultra-necessary, but we shouldn’t waste those subsidies in the light of decrease of small farms and rising industrial and consumer prices.
