I often need my dog’s forceful love. Helps me snap out of a foul mood, especially a self-defeating one.

I love both for exactly these reasons.

There was a comic I can’t find atm that showed a person with a dog on their lap and the person saying “omg hi sweet baby!” and a panel underneath with a cat on their lap and the human’s eyes were sparkling in awe, saying “I have been chosen.”
