The rate in this pack is much higher than video cards in other packs. In the Ex pack, the odds are 1.111% from a regular pack, meanwhile Pickachu Ex, Charizard Ex, and Mewtwo Ex in Genetic Apex is 0.222% from a regular pack.
That explains this at least. I haven’t gotten an immersive art since Lillie.
