If I am not mistaken, there is no mechanism to throw out a state out of NATO provided in the treaty. Of course, Trump doesn’t know this. His constant breaking of Article 1 and Article 2 shows he never read it.

The membership rules is not the main issue if the US leaves, those can be changed, the issue is all interconnected tech going to/through the US…
