    “Kill or be killed” seems like an unsustainable “win” by its very definition. Survival to see the next day just the chance to get killed by someone or kill someone again.

    And what is it you’re defining a win here? Suggesting loss of being in a cruel world suggests there would be a worthwhile win in cruel world to defend to live for. Another day in a cruel world is a prize to win? Is this what the goal is for the good person to win? Who set that as their goal? You? Do you set their experience?

    wouldn’t “being good” and helping each other survive become sustainable by the same parameters? That is, if the game is to just continue to survive another day?
