Good-hearted people will always lose in this cruel world.
This is not true.
TLDW: Good-hearted people can win if they join a community of good people.
I feel like all the “good people” are each on their own small island surrounded by evil people in aircraft carriers laying siege.
Not really , that all depends on your perspective , take some vitamin d , take a walk , be the change you wanna see
I hear people mention vitamin deficienty, but like… really? That causes my depression? 🤔
Yes. Truly. Not saying it’s why you are depressed, but it could very well be part of it.
The human body is weird.
Depression medically is disballance of chemicals , so might as well be ? This type of thinking is a cause and an outcome imo
some therapy is cognitive and some chemical.
Vitamin d isn’t going to stop learned spiral thinking on its own.
“Kill or be killed” seems like an unsustainable “win” by its very definition. Survival to see the next day just the chance to get killed by someone or kill someone again.
And what is it you’re defining a win here? Suggesting loss of being in a cruel world suggests there would be a worthwhile win in cruel world to defend to live for. Another day in a cruel world is a prize to win? Is this what the goal is for the good person to win? Who set that as their goal? You? Do you set their experience?
wouldn’t “being good” and helping each other survive become sustainable by the same parameters? That is, if the game is to just continue to survive another day?
