    This is Charlie October Charlie Kilo 4-2-0 requesting to land on runway 69 Please confirm

      There’s no such runway as 69. If you are looking for cardinal 069 that would be runway 7. Runway 69 would be equivalent to runway 690 deg.

      Also, I think C-OCK420 is 1 character too long to be a valid Canadian tail number
