I know who he is cause my mom’s in love with BTS, but the princess Diana reincarnation is new to me and fucking hilarious. Sending it to mom now.

4·22 hours agoNot saying that it’s untrustworthy, but this is listed under permissions and has me a little hesitant.

That’s so stupid I love it.
I’m sorry… Is he saying that the Bible directly, as the first sentence of the first book, like, the very first thing the Bible says, is: “Evolution is a lie,” or, “prove me wrong”?
I shouldn’t think too hard about it, but I am.
Edit: I’m aware the first sentence is “god made everything” but everything includes evolution soo… 🤔

I’ve done this a couple times for shits N giggles, it’s like burning ants but feels way better.

1·2 days agoI don’t think it fits, Wario and Waluigi are hard core capitalists/bad guys. Only they have just enough morals to make them not outright villains.

Gaming@lemmy.zip•Just played AC Odyssey ...Currently playing Origins. Is there any games out there like the AC stuff. Also like finding new stuff and location.English
3·2 days agoRed Dead Redemption (both) are basically cowboy AC but instead of assassins/Templars, it’s just rival gangs in the old west. Even has ‘tracking mode/eagle vision,’ ‘Deadeye/VATS,’ and all that jazz.
The Batman Arkham games are good, though I’ve heard mixed things about Arkham Knight, very stealthy/assassin-y games with Detective/Eagle Vision and sneak takedowns.
If you’re into more exploration based fantasy rpgs with good combat, Dragons Dogma/Dark Arisen is really good. Pick from warrior/mage/rogue/mix of any 2, and your combat changes based on that and your weapons/magics. Throw smaller enemies like goblins at each other, grab onto a griffin or cyclops to take out its wings or eye. First one is great but heard mixed things about the second, and mtx.
Oh man that’s diabolical. At one point I’d imagined alternating sandpaper and razors, but cheese grater sounds better than the razors.

18·3 days agoHe won’t. He’ll continue riding his familys legacy and none of his ‘yes’ men will tell him anything other than what he wants to hear.
We can only hope he gets a tapeworm that he won’t have treated and probably name it “brain worm 2:electric boogaloo.”
Agreed, while a gun can be used for torture, it’s not as effective at instilling fear after the first or second non-lethal shot. The pain isn’t intense enough for long enough to instill raw terror in the subject.
It can certainly be effective if used right, and/or in tandem with other methods, but there’s much better ideas that would break the persons mind more effectively and quickly.
At this point I’d like to say I’ve never tortured someone, but I’ve an overactive imagination.
All that said, my go-to idea requires restraints on the victim laying on a table. Once that’s done, hot metal, dry ice, pliers, hammers, and a knife are the best tools. Sandpaper for some flavor.
Edit: so I guess the best tool in this case would be a hammer and nails?
As much as I agree, trying to keep indoor, a cat that’s used to life outside, it’s really hard, and may stress them out a lot.
Several years ago at my (then) house, we had a regular visitor that I called Neighbor. There was one winter in particular that was especially cold, so when he came to visit, I tried bringing him in to help him warm up, and he practically fought and cried the whole time. Of course after a few minutes of getting toasty, I let him go on about his routine.
I imagine doing that for an extended period of time would greatly stress the cat out in an unhealthy way.
