If you try to find a similar app on the google play store you get apps that do this, but riddle you with data collection prompts. “Free Trial Subscriptions” and “19$ Lifetime purchase ads”

Currently using Imagepipe to reduce image sizes.
Usually with an almost imperceptible loss of quality.
Highly recommended.
Use ffshare. Works for images and videos.
Image Toolbox also have this function, on top of many other tools, in one app. Although there is value in a single-use app though.
