Just pretending to have innocently picked a red white and blue tie to represent America (that doesnt match his weird American flag pocket square) that just so happens to look exactly like a Russian flag while meeting with Russia’s primary adversary. It’s not subtle. It’s not cute. It’s blatant, childish and antagonistic.
